Our team is what makes Arthur such an incredible place to work, so the interview process is certainly not something we take lightly.
During the interview process, you’ll talk to:
A recruiter and a hiring manager
A selection of key people you would be working closely with
A member of our executive team (or the head of the team you’re interviewing for)
For most of our roles, you’ll participate in what we call a “Power Day.” Part of this will be an interview that focuses on your skills and abilities in the specific role. For example, you might do a design interview for an engineering role or you might do a mock sales presentation for an account executive role. Then, you’ll participate in a conversation or two about the broader Arthur culture so you can learn more about our team.
You’ll be in touch with members of our team directly throughout this time to give you an understanding of where you are in the interview process. We do our best to make timely decisions.
